TUBEFORGE / GOOGLE OAUTH APP: SINGLE

Privacy policy

Effective 15 September 2026

TubeForge is a personal video production and publishing tool operated by Abhijeet Gund for the Diagrammed and Diagrammed Hindi YouTube channels. Its Google OAuth application is named single. This policy covers that tool and this informational website.

1. Information we access

With the channel owner’s authorization, TubeForge accesses channel identifiers and names, channel statistics, and channel/video performance reports such as views, watch time, subscriber totals and average viewing duration. It also processes video files, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions and publication settings supplied or generated for the connected channels.

Google provides access and refresh tokens so the local tool can operate after the initial consent. TubeForge does not receive your Google password. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or your contacts, and it does not collect individual viewers’ identities through its analytics reports.

2. Why permissions are requested

TubeForge uses YouTube API Services. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. How information is used and shared

Data is used to produce and publish the owner’s videos, prevent duplicate uploads, and review channel performance. Authorized uploads and their accompanying metadata are sent to YouTube. Content becomes visible according to the video’s YouTube privacy and publication settings.

Summarized channel and video performance, including subscriber counts, watch time and selected video statistics and titles, is included in prompts sent to Anthropic’s Claude for topic selection. Scripts and research are also processed by Claude. Its processing is subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy and the operator’s account settings. Google tokens and client secrets are not included in those prompts.

Stock-footage search terms are sent to Pexels, and narration text is sent to Microsoft’s speech service. These services receive the content needed for their respective production steps.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train our own general-purpose AI models. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service. This website does not publish private analytics or authorization credentials.

4. Storage and retention

The tool runs on the operator’s computer. OAuth tokens are saved in local files with restricted filesystem permissions. Channel reports, production history, scripts and generated media are stored locally. The public website is hosted separately on Vercel and does not receive those tokens or private channel reports.

Current analytics reports are refreshed when the tool runs. Production records and previous run snapshots can remain on the computer until the operator removes them; deletion is handled by the operator, rather than an automatic website account-deletion feature.

5. Revoke access and delete data

You can withdraw Google authorization at any time in your Google Account’s third-party access settings. Find the application named single and remove its access. This stops future authorized access, but does not itself erase files already stored on the operator’s computer.

To request removal of stored channel data and tokens, contact agund541@gmail.com and identify the channel. The operator will verify the request and delete the associated stored data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Revocation or deletion ends the affected channel’s automated operation.

Deleting TubeForge’s local data does not delete videos or other data held by YouTube. Manage those separately in YouTube Studio or through your Google Account. Service providers may retain their own records under their policies.

6. Website visits

This site has no advertising scripts, analytics trackers, embedded videos or account forms. Vercel may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy. Following an external link subjects your visit to that service’s policies.

7. Contact and changes

For privacy questions or requests, contact Abhijeet Gund at agund541@gmail.com. Updates to this policy will appear here with a revised effective date. Material changes to the use of authorized data require the relevant permission before that new use begins.
