Terms of service

TubeForge is operated by Abhijeet Gund. It is a personal tool for researching, producing and publishing technology videos to the operator’s authorized YouTube channels. The associated Google OAuth app is named single.

1. Scope of the service

The tool provides AI-assisted research, script writing, fact-checking, Hindi adaptation, synthetic narration, visual production, video upload, scheduling, caption upload and channel performance reporting. This public site explains the tool and its policies. It does not offer public account registration, paid subscriptions or access to other people’s channels.

2. Authorization and responsibility

You must own or have permission to manage any channel you authorize. Review the permissions shown by Google before granting access. The operator is responsible for configured publishing schedules, uploaded content, copyright permissions, required disclosures and compliance with platform rules.

TubeForge uses YouTube API Services. Use of its YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. By using those features, users agree to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service.

3. Content and third-party services

AI-generated research, scripts, translations and narration can contain errors even after automated fact-checking. The operator must review content as appropriate before publication. No guarantee is made about accuracy, audience growth, revenue, monetization eligibility or publication timing.

YouTube, Google, Anthropic, Microsoft, Pexels and Vercel are independent services with their own terms and policies. Their availability, quotas, verification decisions and technical restrictions may affect operation. TubeForge is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.

4. Privacy and access control

The Privacy Policy describes data access, processing, storage and sharing. Google access can be revoked through Google Account permissions. Contact agund541@gmail.com to request deletion of data stored by TubeForge.

5. Availability and stopping use

The tool is provided as available, without a service-level commitment. Its operation may be paused or discontinued. You may stop using it and revoke access at any time. Revoking access does not remove videos already uploaded to YouTube; those can be managed in YouTube Studio.
